2025-2026 Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program

 
Mattituck-Cutchogue Union Free School District, in cooperation with Just Kids, is pleased to provide a Universal Pre-Kindergarten program at the Cutchogue East Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. It is anticipated that the program will service 33.5 students, at no charge to the family. 
To be eligible, applicants must be a Mattituck-Cutchogue UFSD resident and provide a copy of documentation of residence; a copy of documentation of age must also accompany the application. 
Applicants must be 4 years old by Dec. 1, 2025 (born between Dec. 2, 2020 – Dec. 1, 2021). Applicants must be first eligible to attend kindergarten in September 2026.  
Application forms have been mailed to district residents. Parents who did not receive an application in the mail can visit the district’s website at www.mufsd.com to print out an application in English or Spanish, or contact Lisa Bieber at lbieber@mufsd.com or 631-298-4242, ext. 3101. 
Thirty-three and one half (33.5) students for Universal Pre-Kindergarten, at no charge to the family, will be selected via lottery on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Completed applications must be returned to the District Office by Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
